all Pre-owned parts come with 30 days Manufacturing Warranty. we double test all our stock, 1st before we book in the system and 2nd time when we ship to customer, however if you find any parts that not fit or faulty please contact us with in 48 hours. Repair & Updating:
All Repairs come with no Warranty, (IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE WARRANTY WITH YOUR REPAIR PLEASE CONTACT MANUFACTURE DIRECTLY)
There is no refund for any repair. If we can not fix/repair your device, we will send back to you and refund you to your original payment less return postage fees.
We are not responsible if item has any other defective parts/problems other than the one requested to fix.
When we repair your Item / Mobile Phone / Computer / etc, you may lose the Data / Phone Book/ Documents/ etc. Make sure you have backed up your Device as we are not responsible for any Data Loss on your Device.
by sending your device to us you confirm that there is no Sim Card / CD / Memory Card / etc. in your Device/ Mobile Phone/ Computer/ etc.
If K1 Repair Centre does not receive payment within 30 will reserve the right to recycle your device or use the parts to cover repair cost.
Microsoft Products and Internet Security:
We are not installing third Party Software which are not Microsoft Products. We are an AVG Reseller for Internet Security we do not provide any other Internet Security. If you don’t want antivirus install on your PC/LAPTOP, the Risk for getting Virus on your PC/LAPTOP is to high, K1 Repair Centre will not take any Responsibility. Removing Virus on your Computer will Cost and is not under warranty.
Unlocking & Password Resetting:
Please let us know if you want to use your Mobile Phone on 3 UK Network, as some Phones are not compatible with this Network. (No Refund will be given).
If your Handset has a Defect before unlocking, it will still have it after unlocking.
We do not unbar Handsets that have been blacklisted by IMEI from the Network Provider. (NO Refund will be given). Unlocking is to Remove the Sim Card restriction, Sometimes called “Sim Lock”, “SP Lock” or “Network Lock”. You confirm that you have not taken your Mobile Phone or Computer to other shop for Unlocking, if yes please let us know, we are not responsible for any damage on your item
Unlocking iPhone and Apple Products can take up to 20 working Days. (No Cancellation)
Price's & Quotation:
The price is indicative only and may change. The price of the Repair or Product indicated on your enquiring is an indicative non-binding price based upon information provided by you, including, for example: the fault on the device. Accordingly, any such indicative price is subject to detailed verification by us upon inspection of your device. If there is any change to the price (for example, because the information you have provided to us is incorrect, or if we identify additional defects, or if you have ask for wrong repair type, or we have made a mistake in communicating the pricing to you, we will notify you so you may decide whether or not to proceed. If you choose not to proceed, we shall not supply the ordered goods/services/Repair, and shall have no liability to you other than to refund any sum previously paid by you less fees (if applicable)

Cancelling an order:
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from.
Acceptance of an order:
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices.
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). K1 Repair Centre assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays.
beyond its control:
K1 Repair Centre accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. The Consumer Contracts Regulations (June 2014) requires any item to be returned back in its original sellable condition.

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for as long as necessary to carry out our services to you or for as long as we are required by relevant laws. After this period, your personal data will be deleted.
